Cyber Securitatem Review publishes two issues per year, one in spring and one in fall. Issues are published at the end of June and December
Authors wishing to appear in the summer issue must submit their articles for consideration by March 15.
Those wishing to appear in the winter issue must submit their articles for consideration by September 15.
Peer review may take up to six weeks. Online access to issue articles may take up to two months following publication depending upon the schedule of the online access provider.
CSR welcomes policy-oriented articles (up to 5,000 words) and short papers, commentaries, and cases (up to 2,500 words) on relations between North Korea and other countries and cyber security. Papers about the effects of cyber security and information warfare on economics, business, culture, history, politics, international relations and other academic disciplines are accepted for consideration.

CSR strives to conform to the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors as laid out by the Committee on Publication Ethics. All submissions undergo double blind peer review by at least two outside reviewers. The peer review process takes between six weeks and three months to complete. Authors should ensure any submission has not been previously published in other publications.
CSR publishes short summaries of all books received and complete reviews of selected books. Authors and/or publishers interested in having a summary or review of a cyber/information warfare–related book appear in our journal should send a complimentary copy to the book review editor.
Completed reviews (up to 2,500 words) should be sent to the book review editor ##### ### () and cc’d to the managing editor, *********** (email@example.com).
